Exam Cruise subscriptions unlock full access immediately after payment. For that reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy before you buy.
No refunds on passes
A monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription gives you instant, full access to all premium content — past papers, flashcards, unlimited practice, the adaptive plan, and the AI tutor — for the plan period. Because access is delivered immediately and cannot be “returned”, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds for unused time.
How billing works
You choose whether auto-renew is on at checkout. When it is on, your plan renews at the end of its period; you can turn it off or cancel from your profile at any time. When it is off, you choose whether to subscribe again when your access period ends.
Try the free tier first
Every account starts on the free tier so you can try Exam Cruise before paying. We encourage you to use it to decide whether a pass is right for you.
Duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged twice for the same pass, or you were charged but did not receive access, that is not covered by the “no refunds” rule — contact us and we will investigate and correct a genuine billing error, including reversing a duplicate charge.
