Exam Cruise is intended for students preparing for West African examinations. If you are under 18, you may use Exam Cruise only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree to use Exam Cruise for your own personal exam preparation. You may not share or resell your account, scrape or bulk-download our content, attempt to bypass access controls or payment, or misuse the AI tutor to generate harmful or unrelated content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

The AI tutor is a study aid. Its explanations can be incomplete or occasionally wrong, and it may not reflect the exact marking scheme of any examination body. Always verify important answers against your notes and past papers. The AI tutor’s output is not professional or examination advice, and using Exam Cruise is not a guarantee of any examination result.

Paid subscriptions unlock full access for a monthly, quarterly or yearly period. You can choose auto-renew at checkout and turn it off or cancel from your profile at any time. We do not store your card details — payments are handled by Paystack. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Because passes grant immediate access to digital content, purchases are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy before buying.

Past examination questions remain the property of their respective examination bodies. Our notes, explanations, flashcards, solutions, software, and branding are owned by Exam Cruise or our licensors and are provided for your personal study only. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from them.

We work to keep Exam Cruise available and accurate, but we provide the service “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exam Cruise is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for examination outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using Exam Cruise and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
